Jason Statham’s Ferrari F12 Berlinetta is Both Fast and Furious
Jason Statham, who plays the bad guy in the new Fast & Furious movie, keeps things fast in his off screen life too. He drives a Ferrari F12 Berlinetta, a V12-powered supercar with over 700-horsepower. That’s a little more than the 375-hp in the Ferrari Vin Diesel and Paul Walked smoked in the first Fast & Furious movie.
Statham’s Ferrari F12 Berlinetta has a 6.2-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine mounted in the front of the car, the opposite of Ferrari’s typical placement. That gives the F12 Berlinetta its long nose (compared to other Ferraris). The F12 Berlinetta does 0 to 60-mph in 3.1 seconds, 0 to 120-mph in 8.5 seconds and has a top speed of 220-mph.
Bonus: if you follow the IMCDB link at the top of the page and read the comments, you’ll find someone who seems to actually believe that the first Fast & Furious movie was a documentary.
