Best Auto Lease Deals in July

What makes an advertised lease rate a good deal? Low monthly auto lease payments are usually attractive to a lot of shoppers, but generally require several thousand dollars at lease signing to get the payments so low.

Another affordable option is an auto lease that requires very little money at lease signing, but may equal higher monthly payments. Depending on what your monthly auto budget allows, there are lease deals for every shopper in July.

Acura shoppers can lease a 2010 TSX, ZDX or MDX with no money due at signing. The monthly payments are higher with this option. If you prefer to have lower payments, Acura is also offering leases with about $3,500 due at signing and lower monthly payments. For example, the Acura TSX with no money down is $370 a month. After a $3,000 down payment, the same car can be leased for $289 per month.

Buick has a good lease deal on its 2010 Lacrosse in July. The $27,835 luxury sedan can be leased for $319 a month for 39 months with only $1,679 due at signing.

Chevrolet is offering its 2010 Malibu LS for $199 a month for 39 months with $2,079 due at signing.

Honda is promoting its $0 due at signing lease deals in July. The 2010 Accord Crosstour, Accord Sedan, Civic Sedan and Fit are all included. Monthly payments range from $210 to $380. With a $2,000 to $3,000 down payment, shoppers can also lease the CR-V, Insight, Odyssey and Pilot with monthly payments ranging from $179 to $309.

Acura TSX

The Acura TSX has a $0 due at signing lease option in July or a lower lease payment with a few thousand dollars down.

Hyundai‘s popular new 2011 Sonata is $199 a month for 36 months with $2,399 due at signing. The 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe can be leased for $259 a month for 36 months with $2,199 at signing. The $14,145 Elantra sedan can be leased for only $159 a month for 24 months with $1,999 due at signing.

Kia has a few very affordable monthly lease payment deals in July. The 2010 Soul and Forte are $149 a month for 36 months with $2,000 to $2,300 at signing. The Forte Koup is $179 a month for 36 months with $2,000 at signing. The new 2011 Sorento SUV can be leased for $239 a month for 36 months with $2,699 due at signing.

Mazda shoppers can lease the CX-7 small SUV and CX-9 larger SUV with no money due at signing. The 2010 CX-7 is $308 a month for 42 months and the CX-9 is $418 a month for 42 months. Mazda has discounted leases on all its other vehicles this month as well, with about $1,800 to $3,500 due at lease signing.

MINI‘s $199 a month lease deal in July is good for 39 months on the 2010 MINI Hardtop. You’ll need $2,202 at signing and you’ll also receive free scheduled maintenance for three years or 36,000 miles of the lease.

Scion has affordable lease options in July geared toward younger shoppers who don’t have big down payments or big monthly budgets. The 2010 Scion xB is $199 per month for 36 months with $849 due at lease signing. Scion’s xD is $187 a month for 36 months with $837 due at signing. The tC is $256 a month for 36 months with $906 at signing.

Subaru‘s 2011 Outback SUV is $279 a month for 42 months with $1,979 at signing. The $17,495 Impreza can be leased for $179 a month for 42 months with $1,478 due at signing. Subaru has lease deals on all its other models in July as well.

Toyota is offering an extremely low lease payment on its Corolla this month. For only $119 a month, you can lease a 2010 Corolla LE for 36 months with $3,019 due at signing. A new 2011 Camry LE is $269 a month for 36 months with $0 due at signing. Toyota has lease offers on several other models as well.
