Cam Newton Fractures Back In Car Accident

Cam Newton was in a car accident today and fractured his back in the crash. Newton was involved in a two car accident and apparently his truck rolled over in Charlotte North Carolina, a block away from Bank of America Stadium where the Panthers play. While Newton’s injuries are serious, they are not life threatening.

Newton is staying the night in the hospital for observation, but he is in fair condition and his injuries are not life threatening, according to the Carolina Panthers.

A video shows Cam Newton’s truck, which looks to be a Dodge Ram, being loaded onto a flatbed with damage that supports the police. CNN reports that Newton’s truck was in an accident with a sedan, and the sedan had damage to the front end.
