Our marketing director saw the following story on the Web about a new, 700-horsepower electric car from the U.K. It’s called the Lightning GT and the Aston Martin look-alike runs on 30 battery packs and four hub-mounted electric motors behind the wheel spokes.
This sexy concept car debuted at the British Motor Show 2008 and is rumored to start production and delivery in 2010. The Lightning Car Company is the name of the manufacturer and from the looks of the Lightning GT, you probably have to be pretty rich to buy this car.
