Smart Offers Lease Deals or 2.99 Percent Car Loan Rates in February
Smart is featuring 39-month lease incentives, low car loan rate financing and customer cash on its micro car, the fortwo, in February.
This month, the smart fortwo can be leased for 39 months through Mercedes-Benz Financial to well-qualified shoppers. Smart’s 2010 pure coupe (pictured) can be leased for $129 a month with $1,999 due at lease signing.
Smart seems to be confused as to the monthly lease payments on its other two trim levels, the passion coupe and passion cabriolet. On smart’s site, it says the 2010 passion coupe can be leased for $149 a month. But the fine print states that the passion coupe’s monthly lease payment is $168.98 with $1,999 due at signing. The same error is listed for the passion cabriolet. Smart’s site says it can be leased for $209 a month in February, but the fine print states the monthly lease payment is actually $229 with $1,999 due at lease signing. If you want to lease either of these cars, make sure you call your local smart dealer to see which lease offer is the correct one.
Smart is offering 2.99 percent auto loan financing on the fortwo’s three trim levels in February if you prefer to buy rather than lease.
Smart’s customer cash incentive is available on the pure coupe with $1,500 and the passion coupe and passion cabriolet both with $1,000.
Incentives listed are for the southeast region. They may differ depending on where you live. Check smart’s site to find the incentives in your area.
