October’s 0 percent auto loan incentives are very similar to what was being offered last month. Most of the 0 percent deals are available on leftover 2010 models, but some new 2011 models are also included.
Shoppers who don’t qualify for 0 percent auto loan incentives can still save money on their car loan in other ways. Most consumers who have good, but not excellent, credit can still get approved for discounted rates on their auto loans through the manufacturer or their credit union, bank or private lender.
Here is a list of the automakers who are offering 0 percent auto loan financing in October 2010:
Buick is offering 0 percent financing on its 2010 Enclave and Lucerne for up to 60 months in October.
Cadillac has 0 percent auto loans for up to 72 months on its 2010 CTS and Escalade this month. The 2010 SRX has 0 percent financing for 36 months.
Chevrolet is offering 0 percent auto loans on almost every vehicle in October. The best deal is 0 percent for 72 months, which is good on the 2010 Corvette, Impala, Malibu, Avalanche, Silverado, Suburban and Tahoe. For 60 months, shoppers can receive 0 percent on the 2010 Aveo, Cobalt, HHR, Colorado and Traverse, as well as the 2011 Impala, Malibu, Avalanche and Silverado. The 2011 HHR is 0 percent for 48 months. At only 36 months, the 2011 Colorado, Suburban, Tahoe, Traverse and 2010 and 2011 Express are 0 percent.
Chrysler‘s 0 percent, five-year auto loans are available on all five 2010 models this month.
Dodge is promoting 0 percent car loans for up to five years on all 2010 vehicles, excluding Challenger and Viper. For up to six years at 0 percent, you can buy the 2010 Dodge Charger. Ram Truck is also offering 0 percent financing on the Dakota for 60 months and the Ram for 36 months.
All 2010 Ford vehicles are available with 0 percent auto loans in October. The length of the loan varies by vehicle. Also, the 2011 Fusion is 0 percent for up to 60 months, while the 2011 Ranger is 0 percent for 36 months.
GMC is offering 0 percent car loans on its 2011 Acadia and Sierra, as well as 2010 Canyon, Savana, Yukon, Sierra and Acadia in October.
If there are any left, Hummer is offering 0 percent auto loans for up to 72 months on all remaining 2009 models.
Infiniti‘s 2010 G37 sedan, G37 coupe, G37 convertible, EX35, FX35 and FX50 all can be purchased with 0 percent financing for up to three years in October.
The 2011 Ford Fusion has 0 percent financing for up to five years in October.
For five years, Jeep shoppers can take advantage of 0 percent financing on the 2010 Jeep Compass, Liberty and Patriot in October. For three years, the 2010 Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited are 0 percent.
Kia is offering 0 percent financing for 36 months on its 2011 Sorento, 2010 Forte, Forte Koup, Optima, Sedona, Soul and Sportage. The 2010 models in this offer also have up to $2,000 in bonus cash on top of the 0 percent incentive in October.
All 2010 Lincoln vehicles have 0 percent auto loan rates this month, except for the Navigator.
Mazda‘s 0 percent car loans are good on the 2010 Mazda3, Mazda5, Mazda6, CX-7, CX-9 and Tribute this month. Loans are all 60 months long, except for the Mazda5, CX-7 and Tribute, which have 36-month loans. The 3, 5 and 6 have an extra $500 in cash on top of the interest-free rate.
All 2010 Mercury vehicles are available with 0 percent car loans in October, as well as the 2011 Milan.
MINI has interest-free financing on the 2010 Cooper, Cooper S and John Cooper Works Convertible for up to 60 months in October.
Mitsubishi buyers can take advantage of 0 percent financing for 60 months on the 2011 and 2010 Galant and 2011 and 2010 Endeavor this month. For 36 months, the 2011 and 2010 Lancer, 2011 and 2010 Lancer Sportback, 2010 Lancer Evolution and 2010 Outlander are all 0 percent.
Nissan is offering 0 percent auto loans from 36 to 60 months on its 2010 Versa sedan, Versa hatchback, Cube, Sentra, Altima, Altima coupe, Maxima, Rogue, Murano, Xterra, Pathfinder, Frontier and Titan. The length of the loan depends on the model.
All 2010 Saab vehicles have 0 percent financing for six years in October, except the 9-5 Aero.
All 2010 Suzuki vehicles can be purchased with 0 percent financing in October, ranging from 48 to 60 months, depending on the model.
Toyota‘s 0 percent auto loan rates are good in October on the 2010 Prius, Yaris, Corolla, Venza, RAV4 and Highlander. The incentive is also available on 2011 Camry, Camry Hybrid and Tundra. Loan lengths vary from 36 to 60 months, depending on the model.
Volkswagen is offering buyers 0 percent auto loans on the 2010 Jetta, CC, Routan, GTI, Golf, Jetta SportWagen, Passat, New Beetle, Eos, New Beetle Convertible and Touareg. Loan lengths range from 36 to 72 months, depending on the vehicle.
