Flo Rida’s Tramontana R
Flo Rida posed for an Instragram picture in front of this Tramontana R. The Tramontana is one of the craziest sports cars in the world with its center seating and F1-inspired looks. Flo Rida’s Tramontana picture may not actually be his own car, since the company only sells 12 of the $500,000 fighter-plane on wheels per year, but even if he doesn’t own it, it’s a pretty amazing car.
The Tramontana is a Spanish-built supercar with two seats situated in the center of the car, with the passenger right behind the driver. Power comes from a mid-mounted 5.5-liter turbocharged V12 engine from Mercedes-Benz that makes 710-horsepower. With a curb weight of under 3,000 lbs, the Tamontana is one of the faster cars in the world, with a 0-62-mph time of 3.6 seconds and a top speed of 202-mph. Most Tramontana models are open-top convertibles, like the one pictured above, but it looks like Flo Rida has the Tramontana R with the fixed roof.
Surprisingly for a car with so much power, the Tramontana has a six-speed manual transmission and rear-wheel drive. That should make the Tramontana quite a bit more interesting and dangerous to drive than a car like the Bugatti Veyron with its automatic transmission and all-wheel drive and an assortment of computers designed to keep you from losing traction at high speeds.
