Honda Offers Low Auto Loan Rates and Sign and Drive Leases in September
Honda is still offering its low auto loan rate incentives and no money due at signing lease incentives in September, and is continuing them until at least Nov. 1.
Honda has auto loan incentives of 0.9, 1.9 or 2.9 percent financing this month. You’ll generally need a credit score of 720 or higher to get these rates. But since Honda’s promotional rates are so low, if you fall a little below the credit score requirement, you may receive 4 or 5 percent, which is still good.
At 0.9 percent for up to 60 months, shoppers can purchase the Civic Coupe, Civic GX, Civic Hybrid, Civic Sedan, Civic Si Coupe, Civic Si Sedan and Fit. Honda’s Accord (Sedan, Coupe and Crosstour) has noticeably been excluded from September’s low auto loan rate incentives. It does have a lease deal though.
At 1.9 percent for up to 60 months, the CR-V, Insight and Ridgeline are available. For a shorter 36 months, you can buy the Element, Odyssey and Pilot with a 1.9 percent auto loan. Those same three vehicles are 2.9 percent over 60 months.
The Honda Accord Coupe can be leased for $280 a month with $0 due at signing.
Honda’s no money due at lease signing incentives in September are good for 36 months on the Accord Coupe, Accord Sedan, Civic Sedan and Fit. You still have to pay tax, title and fees. Monthly lease payments range from $210 to $280.
By putting a few thousand dollars down on these same four models, your monthly lease payments will be lower. For example, the Honda Accord Coupe with $0 at lease signing is $280 per month. With a down payment of $2,599, you can lease the same car for only $199 per month.
In September, there are also 36-month lease incentives on the Accord Crosstour, CR-V, Insight, Odyssey and Pilot. You’ll need anywhere from $1,700 to $3,100 at lease signing. Monthly lease payments range from $169 to $319.
Incentives listed are for the southeast region. They may differ depending on where you live. Check Honda’s site to find the incentives in your area.
