December’s 0 percent auto loan incentives are being offered across many different auto brands on remaining 2010 models, and also on several new 2011 models. To qualify for these 0 percent car loan incentives, you have to have a pretty good credit score.
Shoppers who don’t qualify for the 0 percent auto loan incentives can still save money on their car loan by shopping around at the local credit union or bank to get pre-approved financing before going to the dealer.
Here are the automakers who are offering 0 percent auto loan financing in December 2010:
Buick is offering 0 percent financing on all four models in its lineup, plus buyers will have no payments for 120 days from the date of purchase during its Holiday Event.
Cadillac has 0 percent auto loans for up to 36 months on its 2011 CTS and Escalade in December.
Chevrolet is offering 0 percent auto loans on most 2011 vehicles in December. The Express, HHR LS, Impala LS and Silverado 2500/3500 are available with 0 percent car loan financing and no payments for 120 days. An even better deal of 0 percent financing, no payments for 120 days and a $1,500 holiday allowance is available on the Avalanche, Equinox, Malibu, Silverado 1500, Suburban, Tahoe and Traverse in December.
Chrysler‘s 0 percent auto loans are available on all five 2010 models this month. The car loans are either 60 or 72 months long, depending on the vehicle.
Dodge is promoting 0 percent car loans on most 2010 and select 2011 vehicles in December. Some of the 0 percent loan lengths are good up to 72 months. Ram Truck is also offering 0 percent financing on most models this month. Some Dodge and Ram Truck models also have bonus cash on top of the 0 percent auto loan incentive when financed through Ally Financial.
Ford is offering 0 percent financing plus $1,500 to use toward your first three car loan payments on the 2011 Focus, Fusion, Taurus, Escape, Flex, Ranger, 2010 Explorer, Sport Trac and F-150 in December.
GMC is offering 0 percent car loans on all 2011 models this month plus $1,500 when shoppers finance through Ally. There are also no payments for 120 days.
Infiniti‘s 2010 G37 coupe and G37 convertible can be purchased with 0 percent financing for up to three years in December.
The 2011 Toyota Highlander has 0 percent financing for three years in December.
Jeep shoppers can take advantage of 0 percent financing on all models except the 2011 Grand Cherokee this month.
Kia is offering 0 percent financing for 36 months on its 2011 Sorento, 2010 Forte, Forte Koup, Optima, Sedona, Soul and Sportage. The 2010 models in this offer also have up to $2,000 in bonus cash on top of the 0 percent incentive in December.
Lincoln is offering 0 percent auto loan rates on the 2010 MKS, MKT, MKZ and Navigator in December. The 2011 Lincoln Navigator is 0 percent for 60 months.
Mazda‘s 0 percent car loans are good on the 2010 Mazda3, 2010 Mazda5, 2011 and 2010 Mazda6, 2010 CX-7, 2010 CX-9 and 2010 Tribute this month. Bonus customer cash up to $750 is available on top of the 0 percent loan incentive on the CX-9, CX-7, 6, 5 and 3.
All four 2010 Mercury vehicles have 0 percent car loans in December. The 2011 Mercury Milan has 0 percent financing for 60 months, while the 2011 Mariner has 0 percent financing for 36 months.
Mitsubishi is featuring 0 percent financing on the 2011 Lancer, Lancer Sportback, Lancer Evolution, Galant, Eclipse Coupe, Eclipse Spyder, Outlander, Outlander Sport and Endeavor. Mitsubishi’s 2010 Lancer, Lancer Sportback, Lancer Evolution, Galant, Outlander and Endeavor are also available with 0 percent auto loans in December.
Nissan is offering 0 percent auto loans on its 2010 Versa sedan, Versa hatchback, Cube, Sentra, Altima, Altima coupe, Maxima, Rogue, Murano, Xterra, Pathfinder, Frontier and Titan in December.
All trims of the 2010 Saab 9-3 have 0 percent financing for six years in December.
All 2010 Suzuki vehicles can be purchased with 0 percent financing in December, ranging from 48 to 60 months, depending on the model.
Toyota‘s 0 percent auto loan rate is good in December on the 2010 Prius, Yaris, Corolla, Matrix, Venza and Highlander Hybrid. The incentive is also available on 2011 Camry, Camry Hybrid, RAV4, Highlander and Tundra.
Volkswagen is offering buyers 0 percent auto loans on the 2010 Jetta, CC, Routan, GTI, Golf, Jetta SportWagen, Passat, Passat Wagon, New Beetle, Eos, New Beetle Convertible and Touareg.
Volvo has 0 percent car loans on the 2011 XC60 and S60 for 36 months in December.
