GM’s Lengthy Zero Percent Car Loans Still Available Through August
General Motors hasn’t changed its August incentives much from last month’s. The automaker is still offering 0 percent auto loan rates on most of its vehicles across its four core brands.
Chevrolet is offering six-year, 0 percent auto loans on its 2010 Impala, Avalanche, Silverado 1500 and Silverado 2500 this month during its Summer Event. Six years of interest-free financing is one of the best deals around, so take advantage if you qualify. Five-year, 0 percent car loans are available on the 2010 Cobalt Base and LS, Malibu, Corvette (excluding ZR1), HHR LS, Traverse, Tahoe, Suburban and Colorado.
The 2010 Chevrolet Impala and HHR also have up to a $4,000 cash rebate option instead of the 0 percent financing in August. The 2010 Malibu still has its $199 monthly lease incentive in August. You’ll need $2,079 at lease signing. Other Chevy models have lease and cash back incentives as well, so check Chevrolet’s site to see what incentives are available in your area.
The popular Buick LaCrosse can be leased for $319 a month with $1,679 due at signing in August.
Buick’s 2010 Enclave SUV can be purchased with 1.9 percent auto loan financing for 60 months in August or $2,000 cash back. The Lucerne is 2.9 percent for 60 months or $4,000 cash back. The Buick LaCrosse has 3.9 percent financing for five years and no cash back offers. The LaCrosse can be leased for $319 a month for 39 months with $1,679 due at signing. The Enclave can be leased for $399 a month for 39 months with $2,479 due at signing.
GMC is also offering five and six-year, 0 percent car loans in August. The 2010 GMC Sierra, Acadia and Canyon are all included in this incentive. If you have your own financing or pay cash, you can take advantage of up to $5,000 in cash back rebates, which is $2,000 less than the up to $7,000 in rebates GMC was offering last month. The GMC Terrain, Acadia and Sierra also have 39-month lease deals in August. You’ll need about $2,000 to $2,500 at lease signing and monthly payments range from $319 to $339.
Cadillac is offering 0 percent auto loans on all its 2010 models in August. The interest-free loans are all six years in length, except for the SRX, which is three years long. Cadillac also has 39-month lease incentives on all five models in August.
Incentives listed are for the southeast region. They may differ depending on where you live. Check GM’s brands’ sites to find the incentives in your area.
