2011 Subaru Legacy Named November Car of the Month by NADAguides
The 2011 Subaru Legacy sedan was named November "Car of the Month" by NADAguides, whose website provides vehicle pricing and information.
"When you think of Subaru, you think of all-wheel drive and versatility," said NADAguides President Don Christy, Jr. "What impressed the analysts and automotive aficionados here at NADAguides, however, is the 2011 Legacy’s complete package of ride quality, handling, safety and creature comforts."
The Subaru Legacy has increased engine power and legroom compared to the previous model year, as well as new exterior features, improved safety and technology features. It also has a new convenience package option for the 2.5i.
"The Subaru Legacy has broken all sales records since its launch due to its unique combination of class-leading safety, a fun to drive Boxer engine and the security of AWD as well as fuel economy of 31mpg," said Tom Doll, COO, Subaru of America.
The 2011 Subaru Legacy starts at $19,995 for the base model and goes up to $31,395 for the 2.5GT Limited trim. It comes standard with 24-hour roadside assistance, a three-year/36,000-mile warranty and a powertrain warranty for up to five years or 60,000 miles.
The new Legacy features eight cup holders, center console with 12-volt power outlets, auxiliary audio jack, tilt steering wheel, electronic cruise control, keyless entry and antitheft security system. Other options include a XM satellite radio, voice-activated navigation, six-disc in-dash CD player, Bluetooth, 440-watt nine-speaker Harman/Kardon premium audio system, power sunroof and dual-zone digital climate control system.
The 2011 Subaru Legacy can be leased for $199 a month for 36 months with $1,498 due at lease signing in November. It can also be purchased with 1.9 percent auto loan financing for qualified buyers.
