Manny Pacquiao was knocked out during his fight this weekend vs Juan Manuel Marquez. This is the first time in his 17 year career that Pacquiao has lost two fights in a row and only the third time he’s been knocked out. Pacquiao has been rated either the number one or two pound for pound best boxer in the world for some time, but after last weekend’s performance, he might lose that title.
Manny Pacquiao bought himself a black Ferrari 458 Italia in 2011. Pacquiao’s 458 Italia has a 4.5-liter mid-mounted V8 engine that makes 562-horsepower and 398 lb-ft of torque. In the 458 Italia, 0-60 comes in just 3.4 seconds. The starting price for a new Ferrari 458 Italia like the one Manny Pacquiao owns is around $225,000.
We wrote about the rest of Manny Pacquiao’s crazy car collection in 2010, which includes a Porsche Cayenne Turbo, a Lincoln Navigator and a Mercedes-Benz SLK, all pretty run of the mill luxury cars for celebrities. Where Pacquiao’s car collection gets odd is when you hear that in addition to those cars, he has a whole slew of normal every day cars, including a Honda CR-V, a Chevy Suburban, a Ford Expedition, and a Hyundai Santa Fe. I can only imagine that Pacquiao keeps those cars around either for friends and family to drive or so that he can travel incognito through the Phillippines, where he is a huge celebrity.
